Creator of the GDA program 

Dr. Jesse Wright, is a world-renowned psychiatrist and a pioneer in the use of computer-assisted cognitive-behavior therapy to help overcome mental health challenges. He has authored seven professional books and developed the Good Days Ahead™ (GDA) program for depression and associated anxiety. His work merges psychological, biological, social, and spiritual strategies to address depression and anxiety. He is a respected teacher and researcher with numerous NIH-funded grants and has held prominent academic, research, and clinical roles at leading organizations emphasizing integrated treatment approaches. GDA uses the science of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help users recognize, address and manage maladaptive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to retrain the brain.
